Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/changes must be made no later than 5PM on December 13th, 2024. No refunds will be given after December 13th, 2024, no exceptions.
NYE Table/Seat Purchasers
Lounge areas can seat 1-20 guests. Tables and chairs are not to be moved. All seating assignments are final. Please note, you may be seated with other guests. All seating assignments are done on the day of the event based on all group sizes. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee any special seating requests will be met.
Your reservation will be held until the time listed on your package. If you have not arrived by that time, your spot will be opened to the general public. If you have a reservation that states your arrival time starts after a certain time, you will not be able to gain entry until that time, even if you are with guests that purchased another package with an earlier start time.
Please call us if you are running late. Phone calls to the establishment handled by anyone other than the manager on duty explaining reasons for being late do not guarantee that your reservation will still be held.
