Refund Policy: Cancellations/changes for a refund will be due no later than December 11th at 5pm, after that all sales are final.
NYE Table/Seat Purchasers: Lounge areas can seat 1-20 guests. Tables and chairs are not to be moved. All seating assignments are final. Please note, you may be seated with other guests. All seating assignments are done on the day of the event based on the date that booking was made. All seating assignments are final.
Your reservation will be held until the time listed on your package. If you have not arrived by that time, your spot will be opened to the general public. If you have a reservation that states your arrival time starts after a certain time, you will not be able to gain entry until that time, even if you are with guests that purchased another package with an earlier start time.
